Roasted Shallot Brussel Sprouts

The easiest, tastiest winter vegetable side dish guaranteed to please.  Just add oil, roast, and enjoy.

Serves 4-6 as a side dish

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of brussel sprout
  • 3-4 tablespoons of shallot oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Cut washed brussel sprouts in half and coat in shallot oil, salt, and pepper
  3. Spread brussel sprouts in a single layer on a baking tray
  4. Bake in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes depending on desired tenderness
  5. Remove from oven and serve immediately
